Stephen Curry missed all 10 of his shots from beyond the arc on Friday, snapping his NBA-record streak of 157 consecutive games with a three-pointer, in the Warriors’ 117-97 loss to the Lakers.
Nearly every attempt was a good one by Curry’s standards—but he (and the Warriors) had, by all accounts, an off night.
Curry wasn’t shaken by his sub-standard performance, saying afterward, “What was it, like two years? Kind of weird not to make one, but I will keep shooting.”

Including the Playoffs, Curry had made at least one three in 196 straight games. The last time Curry failed to hit a three-pointer in a game was on November 14, 2014.
Hats off to Steph for achieving yet another incredible feat.

There was a feeling, after an 0-of-6 first half Friday night, he’d awake after halftime.
But Curry didn’t, missing all four of his second half 3s. It was the first time since November of 2014 he had gone without a made 3.
“The what?” Curry said when asked about the streak. “Oh yeah, that’s right. It was a cool little ride…Kind of weird not to make one.”
