Coach John Calipari continues his domination in the recruiting market. After announcing on April 30 in a news conference that he will attend the University of Washington, Terrence Jones has had a change of heart and has decided to commit to the University of Kentucky. The 6-9 Oregon native will join the Wildcats’ 2010 star-studded recruiting class that already features the likes of guards Brandon Knight and Doron Lamb, and highly touted center Enes Kanter. Jones, who was named Oregon’s Player of the Year and is rated among top 10 in the nation, signed financial papers instead of a letter of intent which offers him the option of backing out of the agreement without any penalties. Calipari has already received verbal commitments from two of the top players from the class of 2011 in Michael Gilchrist and Marquis Teague.
