The Prime Time Shootout has always attracted the top high school prospects on the yearly basis. LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Tyson Chandler, Dwight Howard and J.R. Smith have all participated in the showcase. This upcoming year will be no different as national power houses like St Anthony’s of Jersey City, N.J., Lincoln (NY), Rice (NY), Roman Catholic (PA), Duncanville (TX), St. Patrick’s (NJ), St. Benedict’s (NJ) and Montrose Christian (MD) to name a few, will bring a whole new generation of future basketball stars. The 2009 event will take place at Rutgers University on January 23, 2009, at Villanova University on the 30th and 31st of January and at the Sovereign Bank Arena in Trenton, NJ, on February 14 and 15.
