NCAA Make Changes In Youth Basketball

Last week the NCAA announced that after a vote at the NCAA Convention, the definition of a prospect has been changed from 9th grade to 7th grade to prevent college coaches from working at camps and clinics for 7th and 8th graders. They also stood firm on their restrictions of banning college coaches from attending April basketball tournaments. These regulations apply to men’s basketball only.
