USA Men’s World University Roster Trimmed to 14


After finishing 6-1 and earning a bronze medal two years ago, the United States is heavily preparing for the 2011 World University Games. Coach Matt Painter (Purdue) trimmed the men’s team to 14 players Sunday. The squad will be cut to 12 players before Aug. 8, when it will depart for China. Below are the 14 remaining players and the six who were cut from the team, courtesy of CBSSports:
