Five New Reebok Classic Kamikaze II Colorways (KICKS)

[sg-gallery]

The Kamikaze II is back with a “Then and Now” four-pack plus a “World Famous Fish Market” Red/Silver colorway. Why fish? The Kamikaze II was popularized in the ’90s by none other than Sonics beastly forward Shawn Kemp. The Reign Man rocked the Kamikaze II during the 1995-96 season. Now, Reebok is bringing back the design with nods to Seattle—both literally, with the Sonics-inspired White/Green/Yellow colorway, and metaphorically, with the Seattle “Fish Market” colorway. Per Reebok, the Red/Silver colorway also “features silver embossed fish scales on the upper and a distinctive red lightning/zigzag design, inspired by Seattle’s well-known Pacific Salmon.”

In addition to the Sonics edition, the “Then and Now” pack also includes the OG Navy/White worn by Kemp in the ’96 Finals and a pair of “Now” editions—Houston-inspired Red/Yellow and OKC-ish Black/Blue/Orange. The new colorways of the Kamikaze II will drop for $100 on Friday, February 15. More details, from Reebok:
