Last night, Wizards star PG John Wall met with fans at Foot Locker on 34th Street in New York City to celebrate the launch of his first signature shoe with adidas, the J Wall 1. John signed autographs for fans that lined up down and around the Manhattan Foot Locker just across the street from Madison Square Garden, where the Wizards will take on the Knicks tonight.
“Just to be able to come to one of my favorite cities to play and see people come out and show support, it’s a dream come true. It’s a humbling experience,” Wall told the media before the event kicked off.
Wall promised “more and more funky colorways” coming throughout the season, too, including a Christmas Day edition that he’s extra excited about.
