Jordan CP3.VI Debuts Nationwide

Yesterday, October 3, 2012, Jordan Brand released the sixth iteration of Chris Paul’s signature shoe for mass consumption. While you can learn all about the shoe here, JB provided us with a few cool design tidbits about the CP3.VI: The shoe’s design is meant to resemble the AJ XIII, a model that was stolen from Paul as a kid; there’s a chevron-inspired design visible in the insole, a nod to the gas station CP3’s grandfather ran; the outsole draws inspiration from and looks like a cheetah’s paw, which helps with hard cuts and flexibility; the brightly colored ‘Nitro’ pack, released by JB recently, is a salute to L.A.’s car culture and Paul’s love for autos.

Now available everywhere JB’s are sold, with a retail price of $125, the CP3.VI is purchasable in Game Royal/White-Black-Gym Red, Black/White-Gym Red and White/Gym Red-Black-Game Royal.
