Jordan PEs For Ray, JJ

by Chris O’Leary / @olearychris

With the second round of the Playoffs fully underway tonight, we’ll have gotten a good look at two new player exclusives from Jordan Brand.

On Sunday, Ray Allen showed off his all-green version of the Jordan Phase 23 Hoops. Tonight in Chicago, Joe Johnson will rock the same shoe, but in an ATL-appropriate colorway. I’m not sure how you guys feel, but I’m a fan of these shoes in a predominant makeup, like the blue, red and green ones.

Check out some detailed pics of the shoes in the gallery below and check this info from Jordan Brand on the sneaks.

—The design of the Jordan Phase 23 Hoops was influenced by tennis, blending the game’s attitude and vibrant color with the responsiveness and support that is needed for playoff basketball.

—Jordan Phase 23 Hoops features a full-length encapsulated Air unit, lightweight Phylon midsole and lateral outrigger under the foot providing lightweight stability and cushioning.

—TPU ankle-support and forefoot strap help lock down a players foot for the ultimate custom fit.

—Available now nationwide in Black/White, White/Varsity Purple, Wolf Grey/Green Apple and White/Mineral Blue for a suggested retail price of $110.

—Additional colorways of the Jordan Phase 23 Hoops will be available nationwide in June, 2011.
