PEAK’s Caricature T’s

by Chris O’Leary / @olearychris

This isn’t as much sneaker news as it is sneaker brand news, but I thought you guys would appreciate it nonetheless.

PEAK has started selling caricature t-shirts of their many NBA endorsees.

Normally I’m not a fan of caricature t-shirts. They’re a throwback to the ’80s and not a good throwback like the skinny leather tie I had when I was a kid. No, the caricature shirt takes us back to a time when corniness prevailed and it was for some reason acceptable to rock a shirt like this, or have musicians come in and do a song specifically about a movie for its soundtrack. Inexplicably, people just rolled with this ish in the ’80s.

So if in the present day I can tell you that PEAK has come up with some cool looking caricature t-shirts of players like Jason Kidd, Kevin Love, Patrick Patterson and JaVale McGee, you should take my word for it. Traditionally, I’m a caricature hater. PEAK has come up with the exception to the rule.

Anyway, the shirts sell for $30 US, or $25 with the coupon code “PLAYER5”. Check them out below and hit up PEAK for more info.
