CounterKicks has posted pictures of Carmelo Anthony’s next signature shoe, the Jordan Melo M8.
Will this shoe be known forever as the Carmelo Mate? Probably. More important, the shoe has a Flywire upper, visible Max Air in the heel and a TPU-caged visible Zoom Air forefoot, which looks as cool as it sounds.
The pictures CK have supplied of the shoes suggest a Syracuse makeup for the shoe, which should only kick start the Melo-to-‘Cuse rumor mill next season. Or, you know, they could just be a Knicks home colorway.
