It was a special night in Brooklyn as the Nets hosted King James and the “Royals,” Prince William and his wife, the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton. The Royals got to see James’ Nike LeBron 12 PEs up-close, as well as Kyrie Irving’s debut of his Nike Kyrie 1 iD.
The King has some stiff competition for best colorways of his signature shoe, as both DeMarre Carroll of the Hawks and the Suns’ Marcus Morris have been sporting their own exclusives. Morris’ teammate, Eric Bledsoe, another player known for rocking the 12 this season, dropped a triple-double against the Clippers in the classic Air Jordan VIII Retro “Aqua.”
Rounding out the night, Raptors players are known for rocking some crazy exclusives, and it appears James Johnson is holding his own in the sneaker heat department as he balled out in a coveted pair of the Air Jordan X Retro “Doernbecher.” Make sure to catch our full recap of Tuesday’s NBA kicks above.
