This weekend Nike is set to launch “The LeBrons”–a special pack of footwear from the Zoom LeBron Six collection that takes its inspiration from the four popular LeBrons characters featured in Nike commercials since 2006.

Each of “The LeBrons” shoes incorporates materials and colors that represent the characters’ exuberant personalities. The sneakers also feature a photo of the character on the inside of the tongue as well as a silhouette of the character along the sock liner of the sneaker. The limited edition sneakers will be available for a suggested retail price of $160–not bad for limited edition kicks.
To celebrate the launch of “The LeBrons,” Nike will host The LeBron James Block Party Sun., Oct. 26, 12–4 p.m. in Cleveland, Ohio (4779 N. Field Road, N. Randall, OH 44128).
My advice: If you really want these shoes for retail price, get a chair, a blanket, lots of cups of noodles and get ready to camp out. Or try your luck early that morning only to be turned away with the screw face on…Well, I’ll see you at the House of Hoops.
