The 2021-2022 marathon of a season is nearly over, with the final sprint of the playoffs beginning soon after the NBA releases the schedules for the upcoming Playoffs and Play-In Tournament on Monday.

The mad dash for the Larry O’Brien trophy starts with the Play-In games beginning on April 12, while the Playoffs begin on April 16. The matchups in the Play-In Tournament are the Cavaliers/Nets and Hawks/Hornets. The Cavs/Nets contest winner will take the seventh seed and take on the Celtics, while the loser will take on the winner of the Hawks/Hornets game for the right to take on the Heat as the eighth seed.
In the West, the Timberwolves play the Clippers for the seventh seed, and the loser will take on the winner of the Pelicans/Spurs for the eighth seed and the lovely task of playing the Suns in the first round of the playoffs.
