First of all, I know it’s late December, but this might be my favorite non-NY Post or Daily News headline of the year. That’s right. You tell ’em Sadaam.

Moving on from there, it could go to Allen Iverson for leading a depleted Nuggets team to victory, but that was against the Celtics minus Paul Pierce. Scratch that. Gilbert Arenas scored too quickly and he had to be removed from the game before running up the score. Not very remorseless if you ask me. Michael Redd and Mo Williams each had a shot but they play for the same team, so they’ll have to just be happy with their 5 game win streak and win in San Antonio.

I’m giving it to rookie Randy Foye of the Minnesota Timberwolves, who scored 25 and hit the game winning shot to beat the Bulls. I hate this expression more than any other in sports, but this was his coming out party. KG, you’ve got a teammate that can hit big shots.
