Isaiah Thomas turned 27 on Sunday, and celebrated with 22 points, 9 assists and 4 rebounds to help the Celtics win for the ninth time in their last 10 games (*eyeball emoji*). He also swatted a DeMarcus Cousins layup attempt and did stuff like this all day:

Oddly, the C’s had a season high in turnovers (24) and both DMC (31, 7 and 6) and Rajon Rondo had nice games (14 points, 15 assists) but without Rudy Gay, Sacramento lost its 3rd straight and 7th in its last 8. Woof.
Magic 96 (22-28), Hawks 94 (30-23)
Elfrid Payton (12 points, 12 assists) ran the show down the stretch, and Nikola Vucevic polished off a big game with this game-winner:

Nuggets 101 (21-31), Knicks 96 (23-31)
Remember when the Knicks were looking like a viable playoff squad in the East? They’ve now dropped 5 straight and 9 of 10. On Sunday both Carmelo Anthony and Kristaps Porzingis had 21 points, but Melo couldn’t convert a rushed outside J with New York down three and time winding down. Meanwhile, the Nuggs had six players in double figures including Will Barton (19, 11, 5) and Kenneth Faried threw down the hammer as the exclamation point on it all:
Clippers 100 (34-17), Heat 93 (29-23)
Chris Paul, man. Dude starts the game 0-for-9 (including the worst quarter of his entire career, 0-for-7 in the first on Sunday) and comes back strong enough to propel the Clips past the Heat in Miami. CP3 finished with a game-high 22 points and two monster three-pointers in the clutch moments of this game. He also set up his buddy DeAndre Jordan for this emphatic, eye-popping slam:
