Steve Nash Says There Is No Timeline For Kyrie Irving’s Return

The Brooklyn Nets have lost six of their last nine games and now have a losing record through their first eleven games of the season. It doesn’t help that they’ve been without superstars Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant for a portion of these games.

Durant missed a handful of games due to COVID-19 contact tracing protocols but has recently returned to action. Meanwhile, Irving’s timetable for returning to action is still unclear.

According to Malika Andrews of ESPN, Steve Nash says that he does not yet have a timeline for Kyrie Irving’s return. Irving has now missed three straight games due to personal reasons.

Irving has played in seven games this season, averaging 27.1 points, 6.1 assists, and 5.3 rebounds per contest. Equipped with talent that could make them one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference, the Brooklyn Nets will look to get their superstars back in order to get on track in the shortened 72-game season.
