Nick Young got ejected during the Lakers’ 111-91 loss to the Pistons on Sunday for this shove of Anthony Tolliver. Young was upset with Tolliver’s foul on a fast break layup attempt, as you can see:

I don't see a suspension for Nick Young. Unless the NBA feels he made contact with the neck of Anthony Tolliver.
