WATCH: Ben Simmons Double-Doubles in NBA Summer League

No. 1 overall pick Ben Simmons closed out his 2016 NBA Summer League experience with a double-double in a 74-66 win against the Heat.

Simmons put up 15 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists in 31 minutes of action.

The Sixers forward again was most impressive as a playmaker—threading a perfect behind-the-back dish in the first quarter, and a no-look assist over his shoulder in the third.

Over six Summer League games, Simmons averaged 10.8 points, 7.7 boards, 5.5 assists and 3.8 TOs. His shooting efficiency was an issue, with splits of 32.2/0.0/64.3.
