Myles Turner Out 4 Weeks With Broken Thumb

The Indiana Pacers announced Thursday that rookie center Myles Turner willl be sidelined for about a month, as he recovers from a chip fracture in his left thumb.

The big fella was hurt Wednesday night in a road win against the Boston Celtics.

Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner sustained a chip fracture in his left thumb during the first half of Wednesday night’s game at Boston.

 

He is consulting with the Pacers’ medical staff regarding the next steps in repair and recovery. He is expected to miss at least four weeks.
