The short-handed Spurs have signed veteran guard Shannon Brown to a 10-day deal. Per the San Antonio Express-News:
The Spurs have released Othyus Jeffers and signed veteran free agent Shannon Brown to a 10-day contract, the team announced Saturday.
Brown, 28, will be available for tonight’s home game against Sacramento. He last played for Phoenix in 2012-13, averaging 10.5 points in 23.8 minutes. Brown had previously played for Cleveland, Chicago, Charlotte and the Lakers with a career scoring average of 8.1 points.
