Gallo’s injured toe will keep him off the court for a few days. The Denver Post reports: “Gallinari, who scored 30 points in the Nuggets’ loss at Portland on Friday night, suffered a nondisplaced fracture in his left big toe. The diagnosis wasn’t made until after X-rays were taken Monday night. He will miss seven to 10 days, according to the team. Wilson Chandler, who stepped into the starting small forward role in Gallinari’s absence and scored 15 points with five rebounds, doesn’t think the Nuggets will miss a beat. ‘We have a lot of talented players,’ Chandler said. ‘We can spread it across the floor and guys can score. I don’t think it is a big issue.’”
