LeBron James Motivated vs OKC Thunder By Trash-Talking College Football Player

OU center Gabe Ikard had a courtside seat for last night’s showdown between the Miami Heat and OKC Thunder. Unwisely, Ikard started yapping at a scorching LeBron James in the second quarter. It was a terrible idea. 39 points and a demoralizing Heat win later, the football player had nothing left to say. Per the Oklahoman, Ikard’s Twitter and Fox Sports: “Who do Thunder fans have to thank for the backbreaking spurt? … And OU football fans, you’re not going to enjoy this. Before the shooting streak, LeBron was chirping to someone in the first row on that sideline. Turns out it was OU center Gabe Ikard, wearing the white collared shirt three down from the dude in pink. […] ‘I was that fan! Stopped talking because he was on other end in 2nd half. Touché on the performance @KingJames. Didn’t go very well. I need to make adjustments for the NBA finals. We will meet again @KingJames.’ […] ‘He told me to shoot,’ James said. ‘He said, ‘Shoot. You can’t shoot.’ And I said, ‘OK,’ and I shot it and I made it. Then I made another one. Then I made another one. Then I made another one, and he stopped talking to me.’”
