Pelicans Sign E’Twaun Moore To 4-Year, $34 Million Deal

After reaching an agreement with forward Solomon Hill on Friday, the Pelicans struck a deal with free-agent guard E’Twaun Moore.

The 27-year-old agreed to a four-year pact with New Orleans worth $34 million.

Moore got plenty of opportunity to run point with Derrick Rose in and out of the lineup, and proved his worth as a reliable backup guard.

He averaged a career-best 7.5 points on 48.1 percent shooting from the field and 45.2 percent from deep.
