  Things MUST have been said prior to that incident. I mean, Almundson basically got thrown to the ground, stared down, almost stepped over and punched in the face. Then again, Z-BO is a crazy lunatic so you never know… I’m just surprised at how soft the league is now. Nobody is willing to step up for a teammate anymore. Then again, I’m not sure that Shaq knows his first name.

  I bet there was some banging back and forth before the incident, and it may have just been the way Amundson hopped up after the initisl foul. Z-BO is a complete moron though. And yeah, I never know which way the league will interpret fights, but that was pretty much unprovoked and comepletely unneccessary, 10+ is not out of the question. Oh well, it looks like Eric Gordon will have to keep lighting it up for my fantasy team.

  I sincerely hope that Amundson said something SERIOUS to provoke Zach…for one adult to punch another full in the face after having already knocked them to the floor over foul or some trash talk is ridiculous, especially when you’re being paid thousands of dollars per game. I’d like to hear/read a more detailed version of Zach and Amundson’s version of events. And yes the fact that there Zach didn’t even get a light shove from any of the Suns is a bit deplorable…I’m glad to see that they’re scoring again though, even it’s against the Clippers.

  Although I really enjoyed it, it was a good follow up in the day to Langs Best Line Heard at Party, but it was uncalled for and very dirty. I think he should get like 10 games. You cant just do stuff like that.

  NO SUSPENSION!!!! that was HILLARIOUS!!! i’ve never seen someone get punched at the free throw line essentially all the way to the baseline. Why did he walk that far away? why? he should get suspended for having one of the oddest past punch reactions in the history of punching….Ok, ZBO 1 game.

  i like 10 but it will be 4 or 5. that is odd how no one is sticking up for teammates much these days. maybe they’ve been so well trained after the boris and amare suspensions for leaving the bench. zbo is a an idiot, but if you have a ponytail, you have to realize that you’re probably 5 or 6 times more likely to get punched.
