  NBA’s studio thought it was in. Although they didn’t have one angle that was conclusive. I thought it was in. Some local press don’t think it was in. This video’s blurred to heck but from others I still can’t decide, I’m a say it was going in, but that’s not the point, it is the fact that Sammy is so stupid anyway

  This is fantastic for 2 reasons: 1) The shot was going in or at least had a good chance of going in 2) The game time expired in mid trajectory so even if it wasn’t a goaltend, it wouldn’t have counted.
  All in all, a well-executed play for Dalembert.

  Maybe Dalembert didnt know you couldn’t goaltend your teammates shot saw it was going to miss and thought ill get called for goaltending and the basket will count - he is canadian after all

  I dont think anyone keeps stats on goaltended baskets, but I am sure Sammy leads the league. He does it at least once per game. But this takes it to a whole other level.

  Ball looks like it would’ve hit the front end of the rim, bounced back towards the backboard and rattled in. Kinda like the shot that Nowitzki made last week.
