Slamadaday: Russell Westbrook on Shane Battier

Battier‘s Rockets pulled out an impressive victory against OKC yesterday, but Shane took a major L when he got crushed on viciously by Young Russ (who’s unsure if wants to take part in this year’s Dunk Contest):

    I was at this game. The buzz was TREMENDOUS!!!! I will be telling my grandchildren about this dunk.

    The dunk is great, but the best part of the vid is definitely one of the Rocket bench players. He jumps up in awe, arms extended to hold the others back, then realizes he’s a Rocket — and pretends that he needs to go to the washroom.

    Yahs RudeBhoy !!! This season has been great for dunks so far. Is that because players going all out before the lockout next season ? Also Don’t forget Eric Gordon’s dunks this year. oh yeah Ameka 0 for 4 got dunked directly in his eye the other nite. During a timeout you could actally see David Stern printed above his right eye. toni kukoc don’t be silly Bron dont have the dunking ability fit for a dunk contest. Thats like Karl Malone or Josh Howard(miami) entering a dunk contest. Bron will NEVER enter a dunk contest because he’s a bad looser & it would be even worse for his franchise not slappin 5s & walkin’ away … During the Allstarr Break. :-) i mean i like the guy but it is true.
