Well, on the bright side for Eazy Yi, he now has a shiny new poster for his bedroom:

Warrick has always been a great dunker.

I thought Amare was with the Knicks?…wait…nevermind.

  • burnt_chicken

indeed! As Royal Ivey’s chin can no doubt attest…

    Nash is a wizard

that was actually a bad pass from Stevie. You know they don’t lose a lot athletically from Stat to Hak, its just strength-wise, rebounding-wise, and shooting-wise where he just doesn’t stack up.

  • riggs

    Hacks wingspan is crazy

  • Flight

    Love that sun’s bench hahaha.

I would argue it was a perfect pass from Nash, not only because he put it where no one else could get it, but because Warrick cut soft and rolled too far wide. If he cuts hard and straight to the basket, as he should have, and it hits him perfectly in stride.
In your face, Black Rick Kamla.

    LOL @ Channing!

  • http://sdfklfds.com Jukai

Heyyyyyy Allen and Tarzan…. 12.5 points on 55% shooting… career high in percentages, second higher ppg average on far lower minutes.
Nash effect, or did he “always have it in him”

  • http://sdfklfds.com Jukai

Ohhhh and don’t look now, but look who is second in the league in apg— our old buddy Nash.
Dude is absolutely balling. 10.4 assists a game. 12 since November. 13.5 his last seven games. He probably wont beat out Rondo for the assist title, but Paul and Williams need to kick it up a notch.

  • logues

ha channing frye looked like a 3rd grader after hitting a game winner

  • RobbieJay

    LMFAO @ Channing Frye

  • Mitch

hak is no amare, but athletically, they match up. amare was always ready for those nashty passes, warrick, not so much…

Juk, ive always liked hakim, except for one game in 03. I just clowned at your statement that nash would make hakim a fringe all star. Of course nash helps guys get easier shots, all good pgs do. …… Whats the suns record?

  • T-Money

Jukai: you could also mention that STAT is 25 and 9 on 52% shooting. The argument was never whether Nash makes players better. The argument was that STAT was an all-star in his own right REGARDLESS of who was passing him he ball. Unless you’re going to tell me that he owes his scoring average to the steady point guard play of Felton and Douglas.

  • wilz

    dope pass

  • http://slamonline.com The Black Rick Kamla

lol @Ryan yeah your right if he cut to the basket properly it would’ve been perfect but he didn’t- guess thats more of Hakim’s fault than Steve’s but if John Wall were defending that wing instead of Gil he would’ve had that ball down the other side of the court before you could blink

  • http://www.slamonline.com/online/blogs/farmer-jones/ Ryan Jones

Black Rick Kamla: Do you know who was not defending that wing? John Wall. I’m guessing Steve recognized that as well.

  • http://djflkf.com Jukai

@Tarzan: Never said that, that was Allenp’s statement. The Suns record is 11-9, with three Ls when Nash was out with injuries. Just so y’know.
Has Hakim Warrick never played with a point guard before?
@T-Money: I don’t exactly know what you’re talking about, dude. That was NEVER an argument. I said that Amare was going to be leading the league in scoring this year… I’m one of Amare’s biggest fans, I love him almost as much as Nash. So your statement is a bit mysterious to me. Amare is the best power forward in the east right now.

  • ch

Hello! Elevates and Detonates! I didn’t think I would hear that anymore with Amare gone. Hakim has done great off the bench.

  • http://www.need4sheed.com Tarzan Cooper

Jukai, so youre telling me that you DID NOT say that nash would make hakim a fringe all star?! Sir, you said exactly that thing. … I was all over you for about a week about that comment. Maybe you forgot, but you did indeed say that nash would make hakim a fringe all star. And allen wouldnt say that, he shares my view that nash is not the canadian magician hes been made out to be. …….

  • http://dsajfklf.com Jukai

Tarzan, Allenp said that if Nash made HAKIM a fringe all-sta,r he’d take back everything he said about Nash, knowing that was outside of Nash’s abilities. Hakim simply wont get the playing time to be a fringe-all star. I’m not saying you’re wrong, but I wanna see where I said that so I could see the context.

  • http://www.need4sheed.com Tarzan Cooper

you said it first. then allen said he would take back everything he said about nash as a response to your initial prediction. this is very clear in my mind. considering how much weve gone back and forth on this, im amazed you say you dont recall saying that.

Amare who? I would go back to the CBA after that one to regain my confidence.
