Video: Zaza Pachulia, JRich Ejected from Game 3

During the final minutes of Game 3 in Atlanta, Zaza Pachulia got heated after a no-look elbow from Dwight Howard. Jason Richardson came to his teammate’s defense and got in Zaza’s face. Pachulia gave JRich a few ‘headbutts,’ and JRich slapped him. Zaza and Richardson were ejected (and will probably receive suspensions). Howard received a technical.

    I know everyone is gonna take sides, but both Zaza AND J-Rich got balls. Zaza is constantly tossing with Howard, he’s not no fear in getting into a fight with that beast. J-Rich was taking headbutts from that same dude with no fear and gave him a pimp slap and ran at him about two or three times.

    I love how crazy Zaza is, but shit, that was a crazy reaction. Imagine if every player triple-headbutted anyone who took exception to a hard foul. Dude must have the shortest fuse in the league.

    yea, but dwight’s been doing that extra shove after the foul thing for a little while now. it always looks like a bigger deal when guards do it (kobe, manu) but that was such an unnatural way to flail “accidentally” into Zaza’s face that it really shouldn’t be ignored. maybe he’ll figure it out in the film session…

    Zaza headbutted KG 2 years ago so when he did it to J-Rich, I wasn’t shocked. J-Rich kinda lost his cool though. Never seen him react like that.
