Video: Kevin Durant vs. Heckler at Nike Pro City

KD quiets down a hater.

From our vantage point at last night’s Nike Pro City game, all we saw from Kevin Durant were highlights and some crazy dunks. But Got ‘Em Coach captured a little battle KD had with an annoying fan, who was forced to eat his words after the Thunder forward drained a clutch game-tying three that forced OT. Check it out.

    dont get me wrong…i HATE the lockout, but I think its kinda sick that pros like Durant are playing in this type of gyms and just playing pick up games where anyone can watch and even talk to them.

    Yeeeeah! KD haha gotta love seeing a ‘good guy’ shut up some hecklers. Always fun. Reminds me of the good ole days on Varsity going into the Indian Reservation and doing the same thing to the crowd there. K well I only had 33 and 12reb but when your lighting it up from deep with everyone shouting at you it is one of the most amazing feelings. That and speeding over 150mph…. story for a different day tho.

    Durant’s rep just got elevated again. Past 3 summers he’s own it. Like a rapper claims to do so at some “Summer Jam”. At least he wasn’t insulting his family or getting personal.

    Just cause you’re at a basketball game, doesn’t mean asshole-ish behavior somehow becomes less than asshole-ish. I hate hecklers. Selfish know-it-alls. STFU.

    Lol at the end of the day Durant is in the top 10 of all basketball players currently and that guy is just another scrub that couldn’t make it anywhere. He’s really heckling himself. Durant would eat that guy for lunch in a game of 1 on 1. Hell, that guy could get his buddy and they still couldn’t take KD haha

    I was 10 seats away from this guy. Durant was getting heckled by more than this guy because he missed 20 shots in a row. He almost dunked on 2 guys but then started chucking. I started the westbrook chants in the first quarter. Then that kid started with oh Lebron would have finished that everytime he misseed a shot or didnt finished an and 1 on a foul. Everyone was laughing at that kid when Durant hit the game tying three. But 55 as Roy Hibbert and he was disappointing. Overused spin moves, getting blocked by a white guy, and traveling it was a typical Roy Hibbert game.
