Video: LeBron Says He’d Be ‘Victorious’ in 1-on-1 Against Kobe

The media loves to pit Kobe Bryant and LeBron James against one another, and even though everyone knows this scenario will never take place, both guys can’t avoid the silly “who would win in a game of 1-on-1″ question. Though LeBron isn’t nearly as enthusiastic about answering it as Kobe seems to be, James still believes he’d win in this hypothetical game.

And I like what LeBron said at the end…no one will ever see it. So that should end the discussion. It won’t, but it should.

I don’t understand why people feel sorry for Lebron he is a media athlete who is easily worth $100 million + ,man give me that critsim for that money the media are the people who have made him sure he would have made alot without the media but not even close to what he has now. So he needs to quit sulking give me what he has id be grinning like Dwight.

    He seemed irritated

I think Lebron has it now. I love me some Black Mamba though… wait that came out wrong. Seriously, A.I. was/is/will forever be the best one on one player.. assuming he starts with the bll.

You havent been victorious since highschool. Irrelevant mofo- always talking about what he’s gonna do. Just do something. How about winning a championship, then talk about playing Kobe 1 on 1.

NO ONE WILL EVER SEE IT BECAUSE NIKE DELETED THE TAPE!!!!

  • Sean

He also called a fan obese in the London House of Hoops the day before. Can’t believe the media hasn’t caught on to that yet.

  • asdf

If by victorious his means the show on tv then, ya he would be.

lebron would lose, then refuse to shake hand. and then he will ask nike to delete the tape, and later make up excuses on why he didn’t shake hand because he’s a winner, and kobe ate all of his 5 championship chocolate chip cookies. not one…not two…not three…

lets have a 2 on 2 match. kobe/manny pacquiao vs lebron/floyd mayweather…. wouldnt that be a great show? pave the way for pacquiao-mayweather bout nxt year, give kobe&lebron something to do, make money for hbo & nike etc etc…

Ok first of all this is professional basketball..lebron is a por sport !! When he losses he crys!! No shaking hands with the other winning team mates .he needs to learn not everyone is a winner..that makes lebron a loser.. So before he goes heads up with kobe!! He needs to work on that!!

  • kim mathenge

he can’t beat my mother 1 on 1. he’s only saying that because kobe is 33 and next month mr. i’m going to win 7 championchips is going to be 27.

A current Lebron versus a younger Kobe (as an 8th year pro) would be a more interesting, (and athletic) contest imo, shame it can never happen.

  • kb4ever

I they play for a ring – any ring – Kobe will win hands down LOL

Lebron would do great…until the last baket, then he’d try to pass off the responsibility to his teammates.

Honestly, I think Kobe would win, but what is Lebron supposed to say to this question? “Yeah I’ll probably lose”?

  • Nero

Cobra wins… As far as LeBron is concerned, I think Blake Grifin is enough to beat him.

  • Gloria West

bron bron will win if there’s no cameras or anybody present at all.

    especially kobe
