Video: The LeBron James Lockout Mix

LBJ’s best plays of the past few months.

It’s no secret that LeBron James had a crazy summer. With the NBA locked out, he participated in charity games all across the country, while still finding the time to shoot commercials and work out with his homies. Check out his offseason highlights above, courtesy of Hoop Mixtape.

i’ve never believed that lost a step/can jump less high nonsense. he didn’t use to be able to guard derrick rose… now he can. you can’t do that “after losing a step”

datkid doesnt realize defense is not only about athletic ability, bruce bowen and shane battier can guard people much quicker than they are because they understand angling spacing, where help comes from, and reading the ball handler. Lebron may have lost a very small ammount of explosiveness not that it matters, but he has gained so much in the area of technique and experience, the all defensive team was no joke in lebrons case. jason terry still J’d in his face though .
