  little bit of extra body fat cant hurt a guy like CP3… when shaq played in miami Pat Riley made sure that centers had a certain body fat% and when shaq did lose all that weight he had no more cusion and thats when injuries started rolling in because he is a physical player. don’t believe me? read Shaq’s book im serious
