Video: Steve Nash and Tim Duncan in a Bridgestone Commercial

A pair of NBAers star in an ad that ran during the Super Bowl.

Like dozens of other companies, Bridgestone bought airtime during Sunday’s Super Bowl and put out a new, high-budget commercial. They also recruited pair of NBA players—Steve Nash and Tim Duncan—to star in it. How do you think this ad matches up to the others you saw during the game?

    My homeboy and I agree that Bridgestone had possibly the 2 most verbally entertaining nba players in the league. And having them both say nothing was ultra-corny.

    what about when TD baited Pop with his Wheaties? Or when Pop was yelling at the Spurs during a timeout and asking “Who the f k are you guys?” to which TD responded by putting out his hand and introducing himself as Tim Duncan. Or the many many other bites written about Duncan from those in the know. Which you are not, mega. Your NBA research skills are weeeeeeeeeeaaak, man.

    Tim Duncan likes to watch funny movies, like comical/funny/stupid humor types. So he’s definitely not boring. Don’t let the stoic face fool you, just so you know.
