    I dont understand how can a player like Curry or Pittman be excited about winning a ring…I know that if I was a bench player that got 0 minutes, I wouldnt really care because I didnt earn it.

    @fruizm They’re on the team just like everyone else, regardless of the minutes played. There are benchwarmers on every team but maybe they bring other things to the table. Maybe Pittman is the team comedian and Curry knows where all the good restaurants are. All crucial elements to a teams success.

    Guys, you gotta realize every team has 14/15 players. Putting stats out like Barkley 0, Morrison 2 is just stupid. Why not Horry 6 LeBron 1, does that even mean anything?

    If your department at work wins an award or a contest or even a national sales lead or some other “real world” record, do they have an asterisk next to it saying “except for Mike from accounting because he smelled and never talked to anyone?” They were part of the Heat. I’d bet anyone here, even if they deny it, wouldn’t mind getting handed a ring for having a front row seat to every single game this season.

    Of course I wouldnt deny a ring, but I know that deep inside, I wouldnt really enjoy it because I didnt contribute when it counted the most.

    ^^ I would feel the same way I’d take the ring for sure but just knowing that you didn’t contribute except for taking seats on the bench is kind of embarrassing and disappointing.
