Probably one of the least intimidating players besides Steve Kerr. Flashbacks to when KG made him cry on the bench.

  • Redd

I’ve always disliked this dude, he hasn’t even earned a name in this league yet.

    Delete pregame, insert *Happy*.

you commenting on the story clearly shows that he has

  • Redd

Clearly the implication was he hasn’t earned a name in the sense of being a great player. I know Adam Morrison too..see how it doesn’t make sense.

Must be tough…roundin up all that food for Big Baby

  • Gerald

Fat Davis should shorten his food ration. He doesn’t look slim.

  • emilia

    He’s just a fat baby.

lol flashbacks of the movie “A Bug’s Life”

Clearly he is not that type of player. A role player at best. Adam Morrison couldn’t even make it in the league. Big difference smart guy.

  • Toner83

At least Steve Kerr doesn’t try to intimidate.

  • 23

Steve Kerr has the respect of great players. Don’t be disrespectful.

  • 23

The sad thing is he has the talent to be a very solid player. Potential to be an elite role player imo

  • Redd

& again..point being I implied he’s not a big name..just a role player. The implication was quite obvious.

  • Redd

Idk the statistics but I feel if Glen had increased minutes last year he’d have complimented Dwight pretty well. Thing is tho, you want a passing big to compliment Dwight.

    Best comment of the day.

Steve Kerr is a 5 time NBA Champion, doesn’t mean he’s intimidating though

  • flows

What does earning a “name” have to do with rookie hazing?

i agree with the 2nd potential

  • TV63

Rooks want him to eat healthy. Maybe he should eat pineapples. Throw in a bannana while you’re at it.

A guy like Pau Gasol….oh wait aren’t they on the same team?

  • Redd

Yeah, exactly, but I’d like to point out that the Boozer-Noah experiment seemingly failed year 1 but after a while together they’re really good in the post.

  • http://twitter.com/thursti_tyht Thurstian Tsui

True, I’m glad Carlos Boozer is having a great year after people wanted his head last year and is leading the East in double doubles. My fantasy team is happy for him too.

I don’t think the Lakers have the luxury of time though, if these two can’t improve together, one or both of them will be looking to move on.

  • Redd

    Someone drafted Boozer?!? Lol jk.

Yeah I agree, Lakers are in a rush to get Kobe his 6th so as to be able to say they had a player who did what Jordan did(they dont).

  • 23

He’s intimidating in the way Robert Horry was.

  • Matt

One of the worst mid-range chuckers in the league, doesn’t finish well at the rim for a big (career % is about 59%, although he is shooting 63% due to better looks underneath), not that good of a rebounder, little athleticism, no quickness. I don’t see the potential… He plays very smartly and is huge, but his deficiencies make me skeptical that he could be an elite role player (as in he does one or a few things really well).

  • Ugh

Steve Kerr never bodyslammed a guy half his size into the scorer’s table.

Mind you, finding a player half Steve Kerr’s size would be a challenge.

  • 23

He brings a lot of energy, which is very important. He also creates plays on hustle alone. And most importantly he has made big time shots in big moments. Those things are enough for me to say he has potential to be an elite role player.
