Stephen Curry Explodes in Game 4 vs Denver Nuggets (VIDEO)

A crazy third quarter performance.

Twenty-two of Steph Curry’s 31 points last night were scored during a magical six-minute span in the third quarter (only an eye poke could slow Steph down). The Warriors would never look back, as they pushed the Denver Nuggets to the brink of elimination.

    Monta who?

  • Nick

Just wanted to remind everyone that this guy didnt get enough votes to play the All Star game. Just saying…

  • arjae828

Steph Curry or Kyrie? I really can’t pick. Steph has a way better handle than I thought and he finishes around the rim with the right and left hand floaters.

  • speedy

Nice how Jarrett Jack backs of while cellebrating, because he knows Monta is proverbial ‘ON FIRE’.

  • thetruth

Curry is proving himself to be one of the best players in the league

  • Comment_System

He is hyped, and im loving it. I thought this series was gonna go back and forth but holy crap the warriors are for real.

he is the real deal!! fun to watch!

  • LP

Ahhhhhh tough, ill take kyrie tho…. Id like to see consistent health from both..

  • Bandwagonfan

Simple. Kyrie style is about penetration while steph is more to shooting. Although both can do both things ..imagine curry taking part in uncle drew commercial

  • ChosenOne

Steph Curry. And it ain’t even close..

  • Max

    Tough decision for team USA..

  • Max

    Sweet baby jesus.

And the coaches could have put him in. Oracle Arena best playoff atmosphere hands down.

  • Iggi Vasquez

Once again the Torch was burning last night…….and his no t 100% healthy……Nuggets WHO??? GO WARRIORS!!!!!

This shakes up the PG order the way he’s been playing cause that shooting is seriously insane and beyond all other PGs ( and the league) which would make up for anything that he or if he lacks, his handles are slick, his passing doesn’t seem to bad and his D I’m sure it’s not bad but I haven’t watched enough games to really know. After some serious thought he’ll be in my top 5

    1. CP3, 2. healthy Drose, 3. Parker, 4.Curry, 5.Irving
No Westbrook cause his decision making, No Rajon because of his shooting, No DWill as he’s regressed

  • AiRsMiTh

    Dirty 30!

  • LP

its good to see someone remembers Rose can still play…..Dwill is still in that top 5 tho….

  • Perry the PlatyPteranodon

The way he’s been playing, I wouldn’t put him there.

  • Perry the PlatyPteranodon

Really? Curry and Irving over Westbrook? The man who’s been arguably the best pointguard this season? I can understand CP3 and healthy Rose and possibly Parker over him, but everything else is just insane. Curry and Irving are defensive liabilites, Irving especially is just atrocious on D. Curry can get there once he’s an average defender, Irving can too, but until then it’s Westbrook everyday of the week.

  • http://www.facebook.com/simon.ly.1029 Simon Ly

If that’s true on their defensive liabilities, slot in Westbrook at 5 but I can’t put Westbrook at 4 though, cause of his play making decisions at times, especially when he’s frustrated or angered he gets totally sidetracked which includes playing bad D during those times.

  • Caboose

I mean, if you’re comparing their offensive games, it’s close, but I’d take Curry. Throw in defense and it is very obviously Curry.

this guy has popovic thinking right now

  • Reedo

Man Steph has BEEN doing this since Davidson days I’m happy he’s finally getting to show the everyone on a big stage.. If those ankles can hold up and he gets on a Championship contending team I see him being one of the best PGs… because he’s also a great passer.. He just shoots lights out that is passing goes unnoticed..

  • j

monta ellis? he plays for milwaukee

  • spit hot fiyah

to built around. probably irving only because he is about 4 years younger

That was so awesome to watch last night. Made missing my bed time worth it.

  • http://twitter.com/apowellAdvocate Allen Powell II

Clearly you didn’t watch Dwill after the All-Star game when his ankles got right. Kyrie and Rose don’t deserve to be on the list. Rose because of his injuries, Kyrie becasue he’s not better than the other people.

  • http://twitter.com/apowellAdvocate Allen Powell II

He averaged like 22 and 9 after the All-Star Break. He just dropped 30 and 10 on the Bulls. Check out his splits per Bill Simmons. Dwill has been on fire since January.

  • bike

When you look at his shot – almost a one-handed set with very little elevation – it seems like he would be easy to stop. But he’s not. At. all.

  • speedy

    Right, mixed it up.

  • ATL dynamite

    Curry: “I get MORE buckets.”

  • Mike

K so I saw this comment on youtube. Go back to the first three pointer Curry shot. See the Denver bench heckling him? Now watch him shoot, TURN AROUND BEFORE HITTING IT, and stare back at the Denver bench. ICE!

  • brothasdontsurf

Yeah let’s have young Andre Miller guard him while Andre Iguodala is also on the court, that should work…

Turning into my fav PG to watch. Loved Dell Curry on the Raptors, love his son being a star in the league even more.

  • http://twitter.com/seanmagicjuan Sean Superstar Juan

    1. Rondo 2. Westbrook 3. Rose 4. Paul 5. Curry

  • Drig

DWill has regressed? SMDH. He’s been ballin’ post-ASG.

    1.CP3 , 2.Russ 3.DWill 4. TP 5. Curry

No Rondo or Rose because they haven’t played enough recently. If DWill can take his team to the semis and play well, then he jumps to the 2 spot easily.
