After blowing by LeBron James, Jeff Green thought he would have an easy finish at the rim. Greg Oden had a vastly different idea.

Boy I jumped out of my seat when this happened. It was just good to see him get enough lift to block a dunk of all things.
I’m happy for Greg. Most said he wouldn’t be on the NBA court, but he’s getting PT with the champs.
If Miami can get anything in a resemblance of, say Bogut for the Warriors last post season out of GO… Things might be over for the East.
With that said, Miami didn’t win their last two chips by playing with a dominant center.
If they change their game plan in anyway it could really disrupt that special brand that helped them win the last two O’Briens.
What’s the deal with Bynum? From what I heard MIA isn’t all that interested, which contradicts what most were saying about MIA clearing the space to sign him.
Riley: “It’s all speculation,” Riley said. “That’s all it is. There will be a tremendous amount of research (on free agents). There’s nothing going at all. There’s nothing happening at all with that situation.”
Bynum can really contribute on a mentally strong, veteran team. I’m not sure that is MIA though.
as far as i’m hearing, the Bynum to Miami stuff was completely false.
I think the Heat just want someone they can roll in front of Hibbert who wont get manhandled the whole series.
Im surprised to hear theyre not interested in Bynum – project centers seems to be their thing over the last few years (e.g. when they tried out Eddy Curry)
me too. I hope he stays healthy.
Let’s not get our hopes up, kids.
it’s feeling more and more like bynum to any team is completely false
Wonder why. I mean, I know why… But you’d think they’d take the risk for the possible reward.
I mean, what team a) has the cap space, b) needs a center and wants to actually win now and c) is willing to take a risk on a locker room disruption…… The Cavs? oh wait.
Same here…Not a Heat fan, but it’s hard not to get in Oden’s corner. Here’s hoping he stays healthy and cements his place back in the L (even if its coming off the bench).
