Meet the Nuggets’ New Three-Point ‘Specialist’

It’s Kenyon Martin, of course: “Consider Martin is now shooting 10-of-17 for the season (58.8 percent). Entering this season, Martin was shooting just 39-of-192 (20.3 percent) from beyond the arc for his career, including 2-of-11 last season.”

his best 3 pointer ever was when he threw the ball with both hands as an alley oop to RJ when they were on the Nets and he miss fired so bad that it went in.

I’d be impressed if he wasn’t only averaging 6 rebounds a game.

Hahahahahaha, that was a good one, Denver. Next thing you’ll tell me that your leading scorer is out for 3-4 weeks . . . . classic! hahahahaha . . .

Does he know that they don’t give flagrants for shooting threes?

    Hops + Strengh + Quickness + Overall nastiness = 6.6 boards in 30 mins + ??? It doesn’t add up.

Go shoot 3′s to cope for your forever-weak inside moves, not like you EVEN got the handles to get to the hole once the D actually starts closing you out 26 feet from the hoop. TURNOVER.

Too bad he’s too obsessed with his ghetto image and looking stoopid with his crooked headband. Imagine if he played hard every night for something bigger than his tattoes, like his TEAM. KM (like Shawn Marion): example of what happens when you stop playing with a hall of fame point guard.

Too bad too, cuz he is definitely a freak of nature athlete along the lines of Amare, VC, and McDyess (someone link McDyess’s human-pogo-stick oops over Ewing like P-E-W wasn’t even there).

*Damn all 4 had micro-fracture surgery didn’t they? THAT IS SAD for everyone*.

Z – the most important things with rebounding are consistent commitment (to boxing out) and anticipation/basketball smarts (positioning).. if he has all that athleticism and close to none of the above, he’d have.. 6.6 rebounds in 30+ minutes a game.
