Hall Announces Class of 2009
It’s hard to image the selection committee arguing over the five to be inducted this year: “[Michael] Jordan was elected to the class of 2009 Monday with David Robinson, John Stockton, Utah Jazz coach Jerry Sloan and Rutgers women’s coach C. Vivian Stringer. The announcement was made in Detroit, site of the men’s Final Four. Induction is Sept. 10-12 in Springfield, Mass., home of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.”

I feel you. That’s what I thought when I read the article. I know he’s from Chicago and he’s trying to represent the city and MJ was great but I think he took this one just a tad too far. I just wanted to see what your thoughts were. We still love Scoop though.
I see what Scoop’s saying though. On all the sports channels and magazines and papers, they are making it seem like MJ is the only guy getting inducted! They ahave segments for MJ and Mj alone! I feel you and I see your argument but from what I’ve been seeing and reading lately, Scoop may have a point…
