The Wolves Have a New GM

And no, before you ask. He doesn’t write a sports column on the Internet: “David Kahn, the former Pacers GM and an early front-runner for the Wolves’ GM job, will be named the team’s boss at a noon news conference [Thursday]. The Wolves went back to Kahn Monday night after Portland assistant GM Tom Penn became the third candidate to withdraw from consideration.”

Wow they should’ve hired simmons, then they’d have a ton of media coverage!! Cause, you know, media coverage wins games!!!

Simmons can’t even be an on air guest on ESPN’s NBA Fastbreak with Mash and Legler. Kahn sounds like an infamous dictator name… enjoy that Kevin Love.

@ Blinguo ==> Sometimes, a totalitarian regime is the only way that an organization can move forward. At least a dictator can get everyone pulling in the same direction. Although people can express their wills as individuals much more freely in a more democratic regime, their efforts are often wasted, as they alternately oppose and duplicate the efforts of their fellows. I don’t know, at least that’s the way it seems to be with the Knicks…. Actually, scratch everything I just wrote. Larry Brown didn’t have any more success than the current regime in Knick-town.
