Minny Enters Ramon Sessions Derby

Whatever it takes to make the fanbase forget about that Rubio character, I suppose: “According to some NBA officials, Sessions may wind up signing with the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Timberwolves are in the market for a guard after their top choice in the 2009 draft — Ricky Rubio — recently decided to play for Regal FC Barcelona. Neither Sessions nor Chubby Wells, Sessions’ agent, could be reached for comment Thursday night. Ditto for Timberwolves president David Kahn. If Sessions does sign an offer sheet with the Timberwolves, the Bucks would have seven days in which to match it. That is highly unlikely, though.”

UPDATE: There’s now confirmation that an offer sheet has been signed.

Can’t believe the Knicks didn’t get Sessions this offseason. He’d be perfect under D’Antoni.

1- Considering the moves that were made and not made AFTER Zeke got fired, it is clear that NYK’s mismanagement and lack of direction wasn’t entirely his fault.
2- So Chris Duhon is your Steve Nash, Lee your STAT, Chandler your MATRIX and Nate your Barbosa? Really?

    nice observation, Z.
i think donnie walsh and isiah are/were undercover agents sent from the Pacers to sabatoge the knicks from the inside. seriously.

JESUS this dude is determined to run a two point guard offense, something tells me the ’73 Knicks team is his favorite favorite favorite team of all-time.

This just in: Timberwolves have offered Al Jefferson for Steve Nash, Kevin Love for Rajon Rondo while telling Corey Brewer he needs to study tapes and begin playing more like Magic Johnson. Oh, and they’re thinking of firing Rambis in favor of Mark Jackson or Scott Skiles. Walsh even mentioned a desire to share his job with Isaiah Thomas.

Has David Kahn ever actually watched basketball before or does he just draft and sign players with the coolest sounding names?

C’mon Minny! No love for Flynn?

Donnie: Didn’t I tell you not to drop the ball on this play? LOL

Sign Sessions. LeBron won’t and shouldn’t come to NY.

I mean good for Minny, but where were the Knicks? Isn’t Sessions the right guy for D’Antoni’s system? DLee is a decent player, but he’s a good halfcourt guy playing for a coach who likes to run & gun. Bizarre.

Couldn’t they just have J-Flynn playing the point?
