Andres Nocioni Nabbed for DUI, Sorry

Nocioni was popped for DUI in the wee hours yesterday, and he and the Kings released the obligatory apology: “Sacramento Kings forward Andres Nocioni has apologized for his arrest early this morning on suspicion of drunk driving. In a statement released by the Kings this afternoon, Nocioni says, ‘I made a mistake and I’m very sorry for my lapse in judgment.’ Nocioni, 29, was arrested by Sacramento police and booked into Sacramento County Jail at 3:30 a.m., a posting on the Sacramento County Jail Web site shows. He was released this morning on $1,482 bail.”

    Seems like players need to take this more seriously. I’m sure at some point the L will put some heavier ‘automatic’ suspensions and/or fines for DUI’s and other seemingly regular occuring offenses that can easily be avoided.

    thats for now but the core of the team is getting old and the future prospects arent looking so bright…spain and usa..maybe france have are going to be holding the 1 and 2 spots for awhile
