  I have a few tats myself and am not against them at all, but if 85% of your tattoable area is covered by the time you are 23, what happens when you’re 50 and want to recognize or state something? Wayne shouted him out for doing it on lil twist live stream Halloween night during the No Ceilings album drop. Wayne and JR are friend and are both Bloods, thats why he did it.
