Griffin Taking Anti-Gravity Steps in Right Direction

After not being able to run or jump since injuring his knee in the preseason, 2009 No. one pick Blake Griffin is finally starting to run–albeit on a special treadmill. As reported here: “Clippers rookie forward Blake Griffin has been cleared to run on an anti-gravity treadmill after undergoing a CT Scan and MRI of the stress fracture of his left patella yesterday.” While this doesn’t exactly signal an imminent return, it is a step in the correct direction for the young Clipper forward.

Anti-gravity treadmill? That’s hardly exercise, 2 steps takes like 15 seconds of floating.

Now if only Eddie Curry could take anti-gravity steps in the right direction……
