John Wall Done For Summer

The Wiz shut John Wall down a day early. We turn to SI.com for more: “John Wall had already shown the enough.Washington Wizards The No. 1 overall draft pick sat out his team’s final Summer League game on Saturday, and watched the Wizards blow a 20-point lead and lose 109-107 in overtime to the New York Knicks. Wall scored 31 points in a game against the New Orleans Hornets, but spent the Wizards’ third game in as many days dressed in a T-shirt and sweatpants. The former Kentucky star was leading the Summer League in assists and was second in scoring coming into the day.”

    Jeremy Lin!

Not surprising. This kid and Xavier are probably the two most pro-ready kids in the draft. And who is this Jeremy Lin y’all keep speaking of?

Jeremy Lin is showing some things.
He really seems like he can play.

Jeremy Lin! The pride of Harvard. Just graduated, he’s a guard, was kept in the dark for awhile because he’s from the Ivy League. He went undrafted, but he’s tearing up the summer league. He’s from CA, but I’m proud he’s doing well being from MA. Get to the league, Jeremy!

Love the shout out to Jeremy Lin! He looks real good so far. Cuban has said that he would offer a spot in training camp to a summer league player and Lin looks to be the front runner. Also, I gotta should out Eric Tramiel. Hes from my alma mater. Wall was impressive in SL but he was forced to take too many shots. Hopefully, the connection between he and JaVale McGee will translate into the regular season.
