Dwight Howard Suing for $500 Million

Howard has filed legal docs seeking an extremely large chunk of change from a woman that TMZ delightfully refers to as his “baby mama”: “Dwight Howard  claims he’s sick of his baby mama bashing him to the media — a violation of their court settlement  — and now dude wants at least $500,500,000 to make things right.   TMZ has obtained legal docs filed by the Orlando Magic star in Orange County, Florida, in which he claims his baby mama Royce Reed — who stars on VH1′s ‘Basketball Wives’ — leaked dirt about him to the media at least 11 times … thus violating a 2009 gag order.  In the docs, Howard explains that if the leaked stories reached 1,000,000 people — a safe estimate given that the stories were posted all over the Internet — the damages should add up to $500,500,000 based on the terms of their previous agreement.”

    This is Dwight’s fault, he decided to have fun with her one night and did not use protection and conceived a child. He should have been more careful about the women he decided to get. If he would have spent more time around her he would have realized that she was jacked up and would turn on him if he did her wrong and or decided to leave her. Dwight brought this on himself and really who cares about Dwight life anyway. BOOK IT!!

    Everybody cheering Dwight for striking a blow for “baby daddies” across the globe make me laugh.
    He laid down with a skeezer and now she’s acting like a skeezer. And he’s a skeezer for knocking her up.

    It’s a # per person who read the defamation…and although it’s on the internet, it will be very difficult to decide upon how many people actually read what was out there. They can check web site hits, but the # is astronomical.
    My bet is that they go to court and he wins and gets maybe $20 mil…if she has it. Guess she’ll have her wages garnishied for the rest of her life.

    I have two answers.
    1. I can’t know a man’s heart.
    2. I can judge a tree by the fruit it bears.
    And Philospher is right. The way Dwight handled this whole situation was more about his image than anything else. I agree this woman has some questionable habits, I’ve seen the video of her dropping it low, but she’s still the woman he was in a relationship with and impregnated.
    What’s up with that?

    I was going to go there about Dwight claiming he is a christian and stuff and proclaiming his faith, but I knew people would take it the wrong way. But the whole point of being a Christian is to be an example, yes we all have sinned and came up short, but the thing is to trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lend not to your own understanding but in all thy ways acknowledge him and he (God) shall direct our paths. Dwight path is being directed by worldly views and influences and the girl he impregnated is a by product of him not following what he believed in as a child growing up in the church, where he first felt like he was saved living for GOD. I have fallen and got back up myself, but the key is to not wage in sin, because it will lead to death. Me and some friends had a talk about this same thing, but Dwight is his own man and only he knows his heart, but Dwight like I said before could have chosen a better women to have a relationship with. The best advice my pops told me, only date a woman you would marry, so if something happens like Dwight, it will not affect the child in the future and it won’t become a blame game. Dwight seems like a good dude, but we don’t really know him, but he now understands that if you sleep with a chickehead, you can wake up with fleas and little chicken of his own. BOOK IT!!!

    ^^^Dwight is a Christian with flaws like everyone else trying to fix them, including me, started the paragraph off wrong, writing to fast, but I came off too judgmental, but he choose her so now he has to deal with her for the rest of his life, and pay money till the kid turns 18, but she will always be apart of his life, because that’ that child mom. I think this is killing Dwight the most, because he now realizes she wasn’t worth that pleasure at the time.

    You can still be a christian and have a baby with someone you didn’t marry. We all sin, that doesn’t mean we don’t have faith or that you can’t learn from your past. IMO Dwight has every right to sue her and is right for doing so. He tried to talk it out with her and make an agreement without going to the courts. She violated that agreement and instead of trying to be gangsta and/or ‘non-Christian’ with her, he decided to use the best option out there – the courts. It doesn’t matter if this is about his image or not, if I had baby mamma drama I would want to find a way to stop it too. $500mil+ seems like a pretty good method to me.
