Not every team went from pretender to contender this off-season. Who will have the best lottery odds next June?
What team will hold the NBA's worst record in '10-11?

Why aren’t the Warriors on this list? And the Kings might screw around and make the playoffs this year.
Wolves all the way. Poor Kevin Love.
Raptors, definitely. They’re playing soft, their best player is Hedo Turk… ergh.
^ You are an idiot.
“WOW at my Cavs being in this poll. *SMH* Did you ya’ll forget? My CLEVELAND Cavaliers are going to win a CHAMPIONSHIP BEFORE the self-proclaimed King does in Miami. I GUARANTEE IT!” -Dan Gilbert
hahaha @ iamorange… I picked the Kings. The one saving grace in my opinion regarding the Cavaliers is that Byron Scott is the best coach of those 5 teams represented in that list. I’m expecting Mo and Antawn to both put up 20ppg and sure, they will be very average but when you suggest ‘bottom dweller’, do you mean in the NBA or the bottom of their division? SO ambiguous are these polls sometimes. Wolves are stacked (with pg’s O_o) and I expect decent turn arounds by the Nets, certainly enough to get them off the bottom of the pool….
@dacre, you really think that a tyreke, greene, casspi, landry, cousins lineup will be the worst in the nba? I’ll bet the kings get double the wins the raps do
The CAVS, it’s funny that people are trying to compare them to the 95 bulls when the lost MJ but I have one BIG question? Who the FU*K is Pippen on this team.
@JTaylor- MO Williams is a 2009 NBA All-Star. Therefor he is the Pippen, LOL.
Cavs or raps, mos def. Too bad for jamison, hes gonna need some jameson
Damn, at least we can look for a top 5 pick this year… Barnes anyone? lol
@ujangapri: last time i checked, turk was on the suns
@meloman2.0 I think that was his joke..
But the raptors best player is probably demar derozan? I wonder what collangelo will offer him after this season. If amir freaking johnson can get a 50 million dollar deal..
keep sleeping on the Nets if you want to….like I have said, this is a playoff team…bet money
I agree with most either Cavs or Raps….they will be terrible…
Raptors, b/c they didn’t play any defense last year and chris bosh couldn’t even take them to .500. Now they’re best player’s are barngani, Demar “i can’t hit a jumper” derozan, and barbosa. What chance do they have against any team. I honestly believe they’ll do worse than the nets next season unless barngani avg. like 25 and 12
i hope harrison will enjoy cleveland or toronto.
Raptors will surprise a lot of people, if not next year then in the years to come. Sure they lost Bosh, but there is a tonne of new and young talent that they can build around. Guys like Weems, DeRozan, Jack, Johnson, Barbosa, Bargnani even… They’ve opened up a lot of spots, thankfully due to Turkoglu’s departure.
@flight I have tried so so hard to forget that 50 million contract. Everyday deserving people who hustle and are near the top of their professions are overlooked, all around the world. Now a nobody like Amir gets 50 million?! Life is fair and he will probably be living in an alley when he reaches 40. He and his Raptors are gonna start smelling real bad.
@Teddy….that sounds like the most uncoordinated roatation of players i’ve ever heard….you might be right, they might surprise some people (especially myself) but I just can’t see it.
@ Rick: What do you mean uncoordinated though? They’ve increased their depth tremendously.
1. Jack/Calderon (for now)
Seems pretty good to me. They’ve got a lot of potential right now, not to mention a bunch of serviceable bench players who I can’t remember at this point =). I don’t think people realize how much DeRozan and Weems have improved over last season.
And last year Turkoglu was terrible and Bosh, though he will be missed… Okay well Bosh will just be missed. lol.
@Teddy-the-Bear: Don’t sleep on Kleiza and Davis either.
They may not have any all star players but i think they have a good core who will play well together. We just gotta wait till the season starts.
Wizards, Sixers, Pistons and Warriors should be on this poll too.
U got to be kidding me. Arenas howard and blatche can score 60 or more on any given night. Add al thorton hinrich and young off the bench and this team has jw and mcgee as their developing future stars!
Looks more like a 7 to 10 ranking to me in their conference. 1 round at best though this year
I’m surprised so many people think the Cavs will be performing so badly. They have decent players on their roster. Definitely capable of a 0.500 season.
scoring is different from winning homey. their record was pretty bad with tawn and butler, how much better will it be with hinrich, wall and hibachi’s chance of injury.
@price Fair enough but that was a chemistry problem mostly. Lets hope for them that thats better this year
