Polladaday: Sixth Man?

A team’s sixth man doesn’t see the same fanfare the starters do, but the first guy to bring some energy off the bench is vital. So far this season, who’s been doing so the best?

    Will…The Thrill could win it if he would be used consistently as a 6th man by the Knicks, but with Turiaf needing to rest rest his knee, D’Antoni has had to thrust him back into the starting lineup. So, with that said, I’d vote for Shannon Brown, who I was hoping the Knicks could have signed.

    If Shannon Brown had not made a (pitiful) slam dunk contest appearance, and didn’t play for the most popular team, I don’t really see him even on the list, let alone in the lead. Having that been said- CJ Miles got my vote. That dude is playing at a high level this year!

    @CTP…Have you not seen Shannon play this year? He has become a great three point shooter and has been the reason the Lakers have came out on top several games.

    how Shannon can be rated above Jamal Crawford is completely beyond me….but whatever….JET takes the cake so far, but it will be Craw’s by the end of the year

    I’m shocked there isn’t anyone on the Heat bench here. All tired jokes aside…Kap is right about Shannon. Dude’s stepped up his shooting and has become an impact player in the Lakers 2nd unit. JET has been better though.
