LeBron James Wishes Cavs, Fans the Best

LBJ and the Heat handed Cleveland their 21st consecutive loss last night (21!), and following the game, James changed his approach regarding his old team and took no joy in their epic suckage. From the AP: “Cleveland entered Monday on a 20-game losing streak and brought an 8-39 record into the contest, the worst mark in the league. With James, the Cavaliers were the among the NBA’s elite, but not even seven months after he made ‘The Decision,’ Cleveland is approaching the league losing-streak record. ‘It didn’t matter for me if the Cavs were going to have a successful season or not,’ James said. ‘I felt like I was making the right choice for me as an individual and for my career. Like I said, I have nothing bad to say about the players that I left and the team. I wish the organization the best. And I wish the fans, more than anything, the best because we had a lot of great years together.’”

this just reeks of the break up where one party is doing well, and the other… the other is now living back with their parents in the basement playing warcraft. LEEEEEEEROYYYY JENKINSSSSSSSS

Just shut the hell up already on this! From now on,both lbj and cavs fans/org should answer any question/comment related 2 either one w/a “No comment” comment. We get it. It sucks 4 cleveland and its all gravy 4 lbj. Leave it @ that and move the f*ck on!

I think LeBron felt vindicated or relieved when they started losing (especially after their upset vs Boston at the start of the year). But now it must feel uncomfortable to see your former teammates struggle like that. Apparently, he keeps in touch regularly with JJ and Boobie.

    Both teams play hard.

Lebron might win his 3rd straight MVP by default this year. Miami sucks when he doesn’t play, and Cleveland sucks a league worst without him.
Maybe the only way to measure how good he is, is by how bad you are without him.

    That’s a good idea Wes
